However, product colour, appearance, taste, aroma, and texture may vary naturally from batch to batch and may differ slightly from images shown on our website. Natural variation in colour and texture is normal for botanical products and is not a defect.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Qureveda Wellness reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted and entered into fulfilment, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes. In the event we decline or cancel your order, we will contact you using the details you provided at checkout and issue a full refund if payment was collected.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price applied to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We occasionally offer promotions, discounts, and bundle pricing. Promotional pricing is subject to separate terms and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that payment information is accurate and complete. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, or contact you to offer the corrected price.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Canada. Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

All delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders dispatched to addresses incorrectly entered by the customer. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing, particularly with respect to the final-sale nature of ingestible food products.
